He is not running away in this photo he is circling the cows to steer them towards the gate that leads to the pasture.

Here is Copper making sure she stays in line. You can see Charley the horse watching very closely. Our dogs do not work horses and they know not to herd them. They can pick out the cows mixed with horses.

Cherry can be very intimidating. Copper was giving me the look like, "ok mom are you sure she's kind of big" But the next photo shows him mustering up some get'up.

Copper says get a move on Cherry. She was very comfy eating the tall grass. She is a more stubborn heifer.

Copper says, "Ha ha Cherry, its out to pasture for you". She was obviously annoyed from having to move.

I just love this photo you just have to wonder what is running through her head as Copper comes charging in her direction.
